other site and buildings in lieu thereof.
No. 47. An Act to repeal sections seventy-two, seventy-
three, seventy-four, seventy-five, seventy-six, seventy-seven,
seventy-eight, seventy-nine, eighty, eighty-one, eighty-two,
eighty-three, eighty-four and eighty-seven of article one, of
the Code of Public Local Laws, of volume two, title, "Alle-
gany County, " and re-enact the same with amendments.
No. 48. An Act to amend the charter of the Western
Maryland Railroad Company, so that the number of Direct-
ors therein be increased, and two of such Directors be citizens
of Washington county.
No. 49. An Act to authorize the Mayor and City Council
of Baltimore to endorse the first mortgage bonds of the
Gwynn's Falls Railroad Company to an amount not exceed-
ing one hundred and fifty thousand dollars.
No. 50. An Act to authorize the South Baltimore Company
to hold land to the amount of five thousand acres, and to in-
crease its capital.
No. 51. An Act to incorporate a company to build a turn-
pike road from Union Bridge, Carroll county, to Unionville,
Frederick county.
No. 52. An Act to incorporate the Dorchester and Dela-
ware Railroad Company, and to direct the payment to the
said Company of the sum of money pledged by the Act passed
at January session, eighteen hundred and sixty, chapter
three hundred and three, to works of internal improvements
in Dorchester county.
No. 53. An Act amendatory of an Act entitled, "an Act
to establish and endow an Agricultural College in Maryland,
passed at January session, eighteen hundred and fifty-six,
chapter ninety-seven, " and of a supplemental Act passed at
January session, eighteen hundred and fifty-eight, chapter
two hundred and sixty-five.
No. 54. An Act to incorporate the Baltimore and Havana
Steamship Company.
No. 55. An Act to incorporate the Baltimore and Liberty
Turnpike Road company in Carroll county.
No. 56. An Act supplementary to an act to incorporate
the Baltimore Hebrew Congregation, passed at December ses-
sion, eighteen hundred and thirty.
