CHAPTER 15.
AN ACT to make valid certain bequests in the last
will and testament of Anna Shultz, late of Wash-
ington county, deceased.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the bequest made by Anna
Shultz, late of Washington county, deceased, in
her last will and testament, dated the tenth day of
January, eighteen hundred, and sixty-five, to cer-
tain persons therein named, for the use and benefit
of the Congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran
Church, of the town of Jerusalem, commonly call-
ed "Funkstown, " in said county, be and the
same is hereby rendered valid.
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from and after the date of its passage.

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay
Thomas E. Dell for supplemental Codes pur-
chased by the State Librarian, in accordance
with Joint Resolution Number One, January
Session, eighteen hundred and sixty-five.

priated.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the sum of twenty-two hun-
dred dollars, ($2, 200) be, and the same is hereby
appropriated, out of any unappropriated money in
the Treasury, to pay Thomas E. Dell for supple-
mental Codes, purchased by the State Librarian in
accordance with Joint Resolution, Number One,
January session, eighteen hundred and sixty-five,
and the Treasurer will pay, upon the warrant of the
Comptroller of the Treasury, to Thomas E. Dell,
or order, the above sum.
