AN ACT to restore William Thompson, of R., of
Montgomery county, Stephen H. Bradley, of
Queen Anne's county and Theodore P. Harri-
son, of Baltimore city, to she elective franchise
and full rights of citizenship.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, two-thirds of all the members elected
to each House concurring, That William Thomp-
son, of R., of. Montgomery county, Stephen H.
Bradly, of Centreville, Queen Anne's county, and
Theodore P. Harrison of Baltimore city, Maryland,
be and they are hereby restored to the full rights of
citizenship and elective franchise.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 119.
|

AN ACT to incorporate the Union Railroad Com-
pany of Baltimore, and to authorise the Mayor
and City Council of Baltimore, the Northern
Central and the Western Maryland Railroad
Companies and the Canton Company to subscribe
for the capital stock thereof, and to endorse the
Mortgage Bonds of the said Company.

and they are hereby appointed Commissioners, un-
