Proviso.

may, in their discretion, from time to time allow
to be levied and collected according to law; pro-
vided, the said commissioners do not at any time
allow more than the sum of fifty cents per day for
each person.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act take
effect from the date of its passage.

 

CHAPTER 112.

8, 1806.

AN ACT authorizing the Trustees of Methodist
Protestant Church, situated on the northwest
corner of Fayette and Aisquith streets, in the
city of Baltimore, to sell a certain lot of ground.

Power to sell
lot.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Trustees of the Methodist
Protestant Church, situated on the northwest cor-
ner of Fayette and Aisquith streets, in the city of
Baltimore, be and they are hereby empowered and
authorized to sell or otherwise dispose of the lot of
ground now held by the said church as a grave-
yard, and to mate a good and valid title to the
same to the purchaser or purchasers thereof.

In force.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
