AN ACT to alter and change the name of Rufus
Henry Greenhawk, of Talbot county, to that of
Rufus Henry Love.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That on and alter the passage of this
Act, the name of Rufus Henry Greenhawk, of
Talbot county, be and the same is hereby altered
and changed to that of Rufus Henry Love.

CHAPTER 85.

AN ACT to authorize the Powhattan Steamboat
Company to increase the amount of the capital
stock thereof.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Powhattan Steamboat Com-
pany be and is hereby authorised and empowered
to increase the capital stock of said company to an,
amount not exceeding five hundred thousand dol-
lars, such additional stock to be divided in shares
as provided for in the charter of said company.

In force.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the day of its passage.
