Baltimore, at least twenty days previous to the
time and place of holding such meeting.

Sec. 4. And be it enacted, That the stock of said
company shall be esteemed personal estate, and
that all the property, estate and joint stock of the
corporation shall be hound and answerable for all
its debts and liabilities.

herein shall be construed as granting banking pri-
vileges to said corporation, or exempting their pro-
perty or effects from general taxation.

sembly reserves the right to alter or amend or re-
peal this act of incorporation at pleasure.

AN ACT to incorporate Eureka Lodge, number
one hundred and five, of Ancient, Free and Ac-
cepted Masons, of Sharpsburg, in Washington
county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Augustus A. Biggs, Jacob H.
Grove, John Kretzer, Rinehart Line, James Mar-
ker, Samuel Highboyer, R. Ellsworth Cook, John
Kerchiville, William Sharrer, John W. Drewner,
Aaron Fry, John V. Myers, and other members
and officers of Eureka Lodge, number one hundred
and five of Ancient, Free and Accepted Masons,
working under charter from the Grand Lodge of
Maryland, and their successors, be and they are
hereby incorporated and made a body politic and
corporate by the name and style of Eureka Lodge,
number one hundred and five, of Ancient Free and
Accepted Masons, of the State of Maryland, and
by that name may sue and be sued, and have a
