Chapter 63

AN ACT to repeal section five, article twenty four,
|
 
|
of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Con-
|
 
|
veyancing," and to re-enact the same with amend-
|
 
|
ments.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
 
|
bly of Maryland, That section five, article twenty-
|
Repealed and
|
four, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
|
re-enacted.
|
" Conveyancing," be and the same is hereby repealed
|
 
|
and re-enacted with amendments so as to read as
|
 
|
follows :
|
 
|
SECTION 5. If acknowledged without the United
|
 
|
States, the acknowledgment may be made before :
|
 
|
First, any minister, consul general, consul, deputy
|

title " Sheriffs," sub-title " Collection of Officers'

Fees," so far as the same relates to Harford
|
 
|
county.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
 
|
bly of Maryland, That section forty-six of article
|
