Chapter 65.

AN ACT to amend the charter of the " Shelter for
|
 
|
Aged and Infirm Colored Persons of Baltimore
|
 
|
city" so as to allow an increase in the number of
|
 
|
managers to thirty-six.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
 
|
bly of Maryland, That the charter of the " Shelter
|
 
|
for Aged and Infirm Colored Persons of Baltimore
|
 
|
city," a corporation incorporated under the pro-
|
 
|
visions of the general law of Maryland, be and the
|

same is hereby amended so as to provide that said
|
amended.
|
corporation shall be managed by such number of
|
 
|
managers not exceeding thirty-six, nor less than
|
 
|
seven, as the by-laws of said corporation may pro-
|
 
|
vide; and that until the regular time for the election
|
 
|
of managers as prescribed by said by-laws, the mana-
|
 
|
gers of said corporation shall be the following, viz. :
|

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the duration of
