Chapter 61.

 

AN ACT to authorize the Mayor and City Coun-

 

cil of Baltimore to pass the necessary ordinances

 

and to issue bonds for the extension of Patterson

 

Park.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That the Mayor and City Coun-

 

cil of Baltimore be and they are hereby authorized

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That the Clerk of the County

and empowered to administer an oath or affirmation
