Chapter 496.

AN ACT to repeal section three of chapter two

hundred and twenty of the acts passed at the

January session, eighteen hundred and seventy,

entitled "An act to repeal section three of 'An

act passed March twenty-first, eighteen hun-

dred and sixty-seven, chapter three hundred and

twenty-nine,' entitled ' An act to provide for the

election, drawing and summoning of jurors in

the several counties, and prescribing their qual-

ifications; ' and also section two of ' An act

passed and approved March thirtieth, eighteen

hundred and sixty-eight, chapter three hundred

and sixteen,' entitled 'An act to repeal section

two of an act passed March twenty-first, eighteen

hundred and sixty-seven, chapter three hundred

and twenty-nine,' entitled 'An act to provide

for the selection, drawing and summoning of

jurors in the several counties, and prescribing

their qualifications;'" and re-enact the same

with amendments, and to re-enact the said sec-

tion three with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That section three of chapter two-

hundred and twenty of the acts passed at the

January session, eighteen hundred and seventy,

entitled "An act to repeal section three of an act

passed March twenty-first, eighteen hundred and

sixty-seven, chapter three hundred and twenty-

nine,' entitled 'An act to provide for the selection,
