SEC. 22. And be it enacted, That the said com-

pany is authorized to make, execute and issue in the

transaction of its business all legal papers, receipts,

certificates, vouchers and contracts, which shall bear

SEC. 23. And be it enacted, That the said com-

pany shall have power and authority to provide

SEC. 24. And be it enacted, That this act shall
