SECTION 11. And lie it enacted, That if it shall

be necessary in the location of any part of said rail-

road to occupy any road, street, alley or public way

or ground of any kind or any part thereof, it shall

be competent for the municipal or other corporation

SECTION 14. And be it enacted, That said rail-

road company may demand and receive for the trans-
|

portation of passengers on said road not exceeding
|
 
|
five cents per mile, and for transportation of property
