AN ACT to repeal chapter four hundred and

twenty-five of the acts passed at the January ses-

sion, eighteen hundred and eighty, entitled "An

|
act for the better protection of Fish in the waters
|
 
|
of Frederick and Carroll counties," and to enact
|
 
|
the following in lieu thereof:
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
 
|
bly of Maryland, That chapter four hundred and
|
 
|
twenty-five of the acts passed at the January session,
|
 
|
eighteen hundred and eighty, entitled "An act for
|

hereby repealed, and the following is enacted in lieu
