for county commissioners under act of eighteen

Compensation

hundred and seventy-four, section seven of chapter
four hundred and eighty-three, to be paid for by
|
|
 
|
the County Commissioners of Howard county, on
|
|
 
|
the certificate of the chief judge of the fifth judi-
|
|
 
|
cial circuit, or that of the associate judge of said
|
|
 
|
circuit, residing in Howard county, that said work
|
|
 
|
and labor has been properly performed.
|
|
 
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the County Com-
|
|
 
|
missioners of Howard county be and they are
|
|
 
|
hereby directed to pay to the clerk of the Circuit
|
|

Court for Howard county whatever sum or sums

|
of money may be found to be due him under the
|
|
 
|
preceding section, upon the receipt of the certifi-
|
|

cate provided for in the preceding section.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That from and after

the passage of this act, it shall be the duty of said
|
|
 
|
clerk to enter in said, general indexes all judg-
|
|
 
|
ments thereafter obtained, on the day on which
|
|

shall be allowed the same compensation as is now

allowed for similar services, to be paid for by the
