AN ACT to facilitate the examination of titles to

land in Howard county, by authorizing the clerk
|
 
|

of the Circuit Court for said county to make out
|
 
|
|
general indexes to the law and equity dockets
|
 
|
|
in his office, and to provide for paying for the
|
 
|
|
same.
|
 
|
|
SECTION 1. He it enacted by the General Assembly
|
 
|
|
of Maryland, That the clerk of the Circuit Court
|
 
|
|
for Howard county be and he is hereby authoriz-
|
 
|
|
ed and required to make out, in a fair and legible
|
