Chapter 390.

 

AN ACT to repeal chapter one hundred and

 

twenty-seven of the acts passed at the January

 

session, eighteen hundred and eighty, entitled

 

" An act to repeal section sixteen of article

 

thirty-eight, Code of Public General Laws," so

 

far as the same relates to Dorchester county,

 

and to add an additional section to article ten,

 

Code of Public Local Laws, entitled " Dorches-

 

ter county," sub-title " Crier," and to re-enact

 

the same with amendments so as to read as

 

follows :

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

 

of Maryland, That chapter one hundred and twen-

 

ty-seven of the acts passed at the January session,

 

eighteen hundred and eighty, entitled " A.n act to

of Public General Laws," so far as the same
