AN ACT to repeal section thirty-nine of article fif-

teen of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled

" Montgomery County," relating to justices of

the peace and constables in said county, as re-

pealed and re-enacted by chapter eight of thy

acts of eighteen hundred and seventy-two, and

to re-enact the same so as to read as follows :

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General, Assembly

of Maryland, That section thirty-nine of article

fifteen of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled
