AN ACT to add an additional section, to be known

as section A, to article forty-five of the Code of

Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Hus-

band and Wife," relating to the liability of married

women on covenants in leases.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That the following section be

added to article forty-five of the Code of Public
