Chapter 369.

 

AN ACT to repeal section one hundred and fifty-

 

nine of article one of the Code of Public Lo-

 

cal Laws, entitled "Allegany County," sub-title

 

" Sheriff," and to re-enact said section with

 

amendments.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That section one hundred and

 

fifty-nine of article one of the Code of Public Local

 

Laws, entitled "Allegany County," sub-title "Sheriff,"
