Chapter 370.

AN ACT to refund to Ezra R. W. Sheckell a sum

of money erroneously paid the State.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That the Comptroller of the

Treasury be and is hereby directed to draw his

warrant upon the Treasurer in favor of Ezra R. W.

Sheckell, late collector of State taxes for the second

draw warrants

district of Anne Arundel county, for the sum of

twelve dollars and fourteen cents, as the credits due

him for insolvencies for the years eighteen hundred

and seventy-six and eighteen hundred and seventy-

seven, according to the statement and recommenda-

tions of the said Comptroller and Treasurer.

Chapter 371.

AN ACT to authorize the Register of Wills for

Harford county to make a General Index of Wills

on Record in his Office, from seventeen hundred

and seventy-four to the present time, and continue

the same thereafter, and to authorize the County

Commissioners to provide compensation therefor.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That the Register of Wills for

General index.

Harford county be and he is hereby authorized and
empowered to make a general index of wills in his

office from seventeen hundred and seventy-four to

the date of the passage of this act.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That from and after
