portions of the remaining two-fifths of said capital

eter, and with a width of stone of not less than ten

feet.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the county com-
|
|
 
|
missioners of said county are hereby authorized to
|
|

subscribed, and to negotiate said bonds upon the

most favorable terms, provided they shall not be sold

for less than par and carry interest at not over five
