boats and barges, and its pleasure resorts and pro-

 

duce market, the said mortgage bonds to be made

 

payable at such times and on such terms as the

 

directors may determine; and the said company shall

 

have also the power and authority, by their proper

 

officers, to mortgage the said road, its extensions
