Chapter 339.

 

AN ACT to extend the privileges and enlarge the

 

powers of the Annapolis and Baltimore Short

 

Line Railroad Company, incorporated under the

 

act of Assembly of this State, passed at the Janu-

 

ary session, eighteen hundred and seventy-six,

 

chapter two hundred and forty-two, entitled "An

 

act to provide for the creation and regulation of

 

incorporated companies in the State of Maryland."

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That the Annapolis and Balti-

 

more Short Line Railroad Company, a corporation

 

duly incorporated in the year eighteen hundred and

 

eighty, under the provisions of an act passed in

 

January, eighteen hundred and seventy-six, chapter

 

two hundred and forty-two, entitled "An act to

 

provide for the creation and regulation of incorpor-
