Chapter 300.

 

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments

 

sections thirty-two, thirty-nine, forty-three, fifty

 

and fifty-three of article one of the Code of

 

Public Local Laws, entitled " Allegany county,"

 

sub-title " City of Cumberland," as enacted by

 

the act of eighteen hundred and seventy-eight,

 

chapter four hundred and eighty-four, relating

 

to the charter of said city.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

 

of Maryland, That sections thirty-two, thirty-nine,

 

forty-three, fifty and fifty-three of article one of

 

the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled " Alle-

 

gany county," sub-title " city of Cumberland," as

municipal election of said city, and qualified to
