Chapter 339.

 

AN ACT to repeal section one of article thirteen

 

of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to

 

" Bastardy and Fornication," and to re-enact the

 

same so as to read as follows :

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

 

of Maryland. That section one of article thirteen
