omit or neglect to fill up, repair and restore to its

former condition any such street, road or highway,

or part thereof, or shall omit or neglect to remove

and take away any dirt or rubbish which may re-

main after such laying, repairing or removing of

such pipes, or the filling up and restoration aforesaid,

for more than two days after the time designated

by the said county commissioners, or their said

duly constituted agent, the said company shall, for
