Chapter 329.

 

AN ACT to enable the qualified voters of Dublin

 

district, number four, in Somerset county, to de-

 

termine by ballot whether intoxicating liquors

 

shall bo sold in said district, or license granted for

 

the sale of the same.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

 

of Maryland, That the question whether or not

 

any person or persons, at any house as hereinafter de-

 

scribed, may be licensed in Dublin district, in Som-

 

erset county, of this State, by whom or in which

 

spirituous or fermented liquors may be sold, or

 

whether or not no license to sell the same in said
