SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That ballots for or

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That if it shall be

votes in said Dublin district have been cast against

license for the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors,
|
 
|
that then in that event it shall not be lawful for any

liquors, except cider and home-made wines, on the

premises, when manufactured in quantities not less

violating the provisions of this section shall, upon

indictment and conviction therefor, be fined not less
