Chapter 338.
AN ACT to repeal section one hundred and thirty-
five of the Code of Public Local Laws, article
....... entitled "Garrett County," as enacted by
the act of the General Assembly passed at its
January session, eighteen hundred and eighty,
entitled "An act to amend chapter one hundred
and eight," entitled " An act to add an additional
article to the Code of Public Local Laws," entitled
" Garrett County," of the acts of eighteen hundred
and seventy-eight, by adding thereto certain sec-
tions under the sub-title "Intoxicating Liquors."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That section one hundred and
thirty-five of the Code of Public Local Laws, article
....... entitled "Garrett County," as enacted by the
act of the General Assembly passed at its January
session, eighteen hundred and eighty, entitled an act
to amend chapter one hundred and eight, entitled	Repealed.
an act to add an additional article to the Code of
Public Local Laws, entitled "Garrett County," of
the acts of eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, by
adding certain sections under the sub-title "Intox-
icating Liquors," be and said section is hereby
repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take	Effective.
effect from the date of its passage.
