Chapter 327.

 

AN ACT to repeal chapter two hundred and four-

 

teen of the acts passed at the January session,

 

eighteen hundred and seventy-four, as re-enacted

 

and amended by chapter three hundred and

 

twenty-five of the acts passed at the January ses-

 

sion, eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, relating

 

to the catching of oysters with scoops or light

 

dredges in Dorchester county, and to re enact the

 

same with amendments.

 

SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That chapter two hundred and

 

fourteen of the acts passed at the General Assembly,

 

eighteen hundred and seventy-four, as re enacted

 

and amended by chapter three hundred and twenty-

 

five of the acts passed at the January session,

eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, relating to

re-enacted.

follows :

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That it shall be law-

with scoops or light dredges, in boats not exceeding
