Chapter 335.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners

of Queen Anne's county, in their discretion, to

build and erect a public wharf at Jackson Creek

in said county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of

AN ACT to provide for Closing a portion of David-

son Street, in the City of Cumberland, Maryland,

in the discretion of the Mayor and City Council.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That the Mayor and City Council

of Cumberland, Maryland, be hereby authorized and

empowered, in their discretion, to close up that por-

tion of Davidson street, in said city, which lies
