Chapter 332.

 

AN ACT to authorize and require the County

 

Commissioners of Baltimore county to levy a sum

 

to be applied to the building of a school-house on

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of

Depot of the Northern Central Railway Com-

 

pany, and to authorize the Northern Central

 

Railway Company to dispose of the said Bolton

 

Depot grounds, and to establish a freight depot

 

elsewhere in the city of Baltimore.
