Chapter 332.

AN ACT to authorize and require the County

cil of Baltimore to condemn and open streets

through the ground now occupied by the Bolton

Depot of the Northern Central Railway Com-

pany, and to authorize the Northern Central

Railway Company to dispose of the said Bolton

Depot grounds, and to establish a freight depot

elsewhere in the city of Baltimore.
