AN ACT to repeal sub section one of an act of the

 

General Assembly, passed January session, eigh-

 

teen hundred and eighty, chapter three hundred

 

and seventy-three, entitled an act to repeal and

 

re-enact chapter four hundred and thirty-nine of

 

the acts of eighteen hundred and seventy four,

 

entitled "An act to regulate the issuing of licenses

 

for the sale of Spirituous and Fermented Liquors

 

in this State," and to amend and re-enact the

 

same as amended, so as to provide that said act,

 

or any of its provisions, shall not apply to Worces-

 

ter county.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That sub-section one of the acts

 

of the General Assembly, passed January session,

 

eighteen hundred and eighty, chapter three hundred

 

and seventy-three, entitled an act to repeal and
