Chapter 273.

 

AN ACT to protect a class of small birds known as

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That it shall be unlawful here-

 

after for any person at any time to trap or capture,

 

shoot or otherwise kill, or injure, or pursue with such

 

intent any of the following named birds within the

 

limits of Worcester county, viz: Blue-bird, thrush,
