Chapter 246.

 

AN ACT to incorporate the " Lake View Land

 

and Banking Association."

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

 

of Maryland, That H. Wheeler Combs, Joseph C.

 

Alderson, Joseph F. Paul, D. Edward Stalnaker,

 

Alfred Paul and Thomas J. Peddicord, their sur-

 

vivors and successors in office, be and they are

 

hereby constituted and made a body corporate and

that name shall have perpetual succession and be
