Chapter 345.

AN ACT to enable the Board of Police Commis-

sioners for the city of Baltimore to appoint,

enrol, employ, arm and equip, one captain and

twenty-five additional men, as part of the per-

manent police force for the city of Baltimore.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That the Board of Police Commis-

sioners for the city of Baltimore be and is hereby

authorized to appoint, enrol, employ, arm and

equip, one captain and twenty-five men in addition
