AN ACT to secure the benefit of a five cent fare

 

upon the Passenger Horse Railways in the city

 

of Baltimore.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

 

of Maryland, That each of the several passenger

 

horse railway companies in the city of Baltimore

 

shall charge five cents, and no more, for the con-
