Chapter 211.
AN ACT to authorize the clerk of the Circuit Court
for Talbot county to copy the General Index to
Land Records in his office from eighteen hundred
and thirty-three to eighteen hundred and sixty-
four.
WHEREAS the General Index to Land Record
Books in the Circuit Court for Talbot county, from	Preamble.
the year eighteen hundred and thirty-three to eigh-
teen hundred and sixty-four, is defective, incomplete
and unreliable; therefore —
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the clerk of the Circuit

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the compensation
