AN ACT to authorize the Board of Public Works

hundred and eighty, known as the Oyster Law.

 

WHEREAS the sloop Mary Compton, of the State

 

Fishery Force, on district number one of the waters

 

of the Chesapeake bay and tributaries, is in such

 

condition that to repair the same would be as ex-

 

pensive as to build or purchase a new vessel; and
