collected by an action of debt before a justice of the

peace of said county, in the name of either of the
|
 
|
said sanitary officers, for the use of the County
|
 
|
Commissioners of Baltimore county. The said
|
 
|
county commissioners shall expend money collected
|
 
|
therefrom to the payment of the expenses of said
|
 
|
sanitary officers.
|
 
|
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That if any person
|

shall knowingly obstruct or resist either of the said

sanitary officers in the execution of the power to

them given, or in the performance of the duties en-
|
 
|
joined on them by this act, such person shall be
|
 
|
deemed to be guilty of a misdemeanor; and, upon
|
 
|
indictment and conviction in the Circuit Court for
|
 
|
Baltimore county, shall be fined not less than fifty
|
 
|
dollars or more than three hundred dollars, or im-
|
 
|
prisoned, at the discretion of the court, for not less
|
 
|
than one month nor more than sixty days.
|
 
|
SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That it shall be the
|
 
|
duty of the police officers of Baltimore county to
|

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That in case of any

said epidemic exists, for which services they shall

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That all necessary ex-
