Chapter 187.

AN ACT to sanction the bequest under the last
|
 
|
will and testament of Sarah T. Turpin, of Queen
|
 
|
Anne's county, Maryland, to the Superannuated
|
 
|
Fund Society of the Maryland Annual Confer-
|
 
|
ence of the Methodist Protestant Church.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
 
|
bly of Maryland, That the sanction of the General
|
 
|
Assembly of Maryland is hereby given to the be-
|
 
|
quest Tinder the last will and testament of Sarah
|
Sanction
given.
|
T. Turpin, late of Queen Anne's county, Maryland,
|
 
|
deceased, of the sum of three hundred dollars, to
|
 
|
the Superannuated Fund Society of the Maryland
|
 
|
Annual Conference of the Methodist Protestant
|
 
|
Church.
|
 
|
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That this act
|

AN ACT to repeal section one hundred and thirty

|
of article three of the Code of Public Local
|
 
|
Laws, entitled " Baltimore County," and to re-
|
 
|
enact the same with amendments, imposing addi-
|
 
|
tional duties upon certain constables in said
|
 
|
county.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
 
|
bly of Maryland, That section one hundred and
|

same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amend-

ments, so as to read as follows:

SEC. 130. Be it enacted, The constables of said

county shall have from the first to the third day of
|

the several terms of the Circuit Court for said
|
