Chapter 180O.

 

AN ACT to amend chapter fifty-four of the acts of

 

1872, entitled "An Act to exempt all that por-

 

tion of the waters of the Chesapeake Bay lying

 

northward of a certain line therein described from

 

the operation and effect of sections one and three

 

of article ninety eight of the Code of Public Gen-

 

eral Laws, title ' Wild Fowl,' and to enact other

 

sections to be in force and operation in, on and

 

over said waters, by adding an additional section

 

thereto regulating the issuing of licenses to Sneak

 

Boats.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enaded by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That the following section be and

 

the same is hereby added to chapter fifty-four of

 

the acts passed at the January session, eighteen hun-

 

dred and seventy-two, entitled " An act to exempt

 

all that portion of the waters of the Chesapeake

SECTION 8 A. The sneak boat, such as is allowed

ducks that have been killed and are drilling, shall

 

be licensed as a sneak boat; and the special police

 

appointed by this act are authorized to arrest any
