AN ACT to declare the sanction of the General
|
|
|
Assembly of Maryland to a certain legacy be-
|
|
|
queathed by Isabella D. King, late of Fredei'ick
|
|
|
county, deceased, to the Lutheran Orphans Home,
|
|
|
at Germantown, in the State of Pennsylvania.
|
|
|
WHEREAS Isabella D. King, late of Frederick
|
|
|
county, deceased, did by her last will and testament.
|
|
|
duly probated and recorded among the testamentary
|
|
Preamble.
|
records of Frederick county, constitute the Lutheran
|
|
|
Orphans Home at Germantown, in the State of
|
|
|
Pennsylvania, her residuary legatee; therefore —
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Ax-
|
|
|
sembly of Maryland, That the sanction of the
|
|
|
General Assembly of Maryland be and the same
|
|
|
is hereby given to the aforesaid bequest contained
|
|
Sanction given
|
in the last will and testament of Isabella L. King,
|
|
|
late of Frederick county, deceased, to the Lutheran
|
|
|
Orphans Home at Germantown, in the State of
|
|
|
Pennsylvania.
