AN ACT to restrict, the shooting of the Wood or

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Asset

 

bly of Maryland, That it shall be unlawful for any

 

person or persons to shoot, or shoot at, or to kill in

 

any manner, or have in possession in Talbot county

and the costs incident thereto be paid; one-half of

 

said fine shall go to the County Commissioners of the

 

county where the offence was committed for the use
