with proceed to discharge their said duties under

this act, and shall continue without unnecessary
|
 
|
delay to discharge the same until finally completed ;
|
 
|
and immediately after the said examiners shall
|
 
|
have qualified by taking the oath required of them,
|
 
|
the examiners, whose places they are intended to
|
 
|
fill, shall have no power to act further, and shall at
|
 
|
once account to the examiners hereby appointed for
|

all receipts and disbursements had and made under

the act of eighteen hundred and eighty, chapter

four hundred and forty- three, and shall pay over to
|
 
|
them any and all sums of money by the said exami-
|
 
|
ners collected or received for and not legally ex-

pended in the completion of said avenue, and shall
|
 
|
also deliver to them all vouchers, plats, profiles or
|
 
|
papers of any sort or description, connected with or
|
 
|
referring to Edmondson avenue or the construction
|
 
|
thereof.
|
 
|
SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That each of said
|
 
|
examiners shall be entitled to three dollars for every
|
 
|
day of his actual service under the provisions of
|
 
|
this act, and they shall keep an accurate itemized
|
 
|
account of their receipts and disbursements, and
|
 
|
shall deposit a copy of the same with the County
Commissioners of Baltimore county at regular in-
|

tervals of not more than three months, and at such
|
 
|
other time or times as the County Commissioners
|
 
|
shall from time to time require, and the same shall
|
 
|
be subject to the approval and ratification of said
|
 
|
County Commissioners.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all acts and parts
|
