SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That the County Commissioners
|
 
|
of Garrett county, at their next annual levy, be
|
 
|
and they are hereby authorized and empowered to
|
 
|
levy for Mrs. V. A. Cunningham, nee V. A. Schaff,
|
 
|
late teacher in Garrett county, the sum of one hun-
|
 
|
dred and five dollars, with interest thereon from the
|

seven, provided the said County Commissioners shall

be satisfied that the said V. A. Cunningham, nee

the amount so levied from the annual levy to the

Board of County School Commissioners.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
