WHEREAS Miss V. A. Schaff, now Mrs. V. A.

seventy-six, duly appointed teacher in public school
|

in election district number nine of Garrett county,

known as the Layman school, by George L. Lay-

man, at that time one of the school trustees for

|
school district number ..., in said Garrett county,
|
 
|
and in which district said Layman school is located ;

|
and whereas said Mrs. V. A. Cunningham, nee V.
