Chapter 163.

 

AN ACT to repeal section one of article thirty-six

 

of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland,

 

title " Estrays and Vessels Adrift," as the same

 

was amended by the act of eighteen hundred and

 

seventy-four, chapter three hundred and fifteen,

 

and to repeal sections two and three of the same

 

article as they were amended by the act of eigh-

 

teen hundred and sixty-eight, chapter one hun-

 

dred and seventy, and enact the following in lieu

 

thereof.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That section one of article thirty-

 

six of the Code of Public General Laws, title

 

" Estrays and Vessels Adrift," as the same was

 

amended by the act of eighteen hundred and sev-

 

enty-four, chapter three hundred and fifteen, and
