SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That upon the passage

of this bill the commissioners of Caroline county
|
 
|
shall order an election us aforesaid by giving at least

thirty days' notice, by publication in two newspapers

in Caroline county, one of which shall be in said fifth

district, and said commissioners shall appoint judges

of said special election the same as in other elections

SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That it shall be the

duty of the clerk of the Circuit court of Caroline

county to certify under his hand and the seal of the

SEC. 9. And be it further enacted, That if a ma-
