AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners

 

of Harford county to levy annually a sum of

 

money for the relief of Henry Macatee, of Syl-

 

vester, of said county.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That the County Commissioners
